Wheat bags are a great way to sooth aches and pains using either heated or fresh from the freezer.

• Premium cleaned unscented wheat
• Recommended 90 seconds heat time in turntable microwave
• If putting in freezer please place in sealed zip lock bag prior to placing in freezer

Do not leave unattended in microwave or place in bed for long periods of time. To ensure quality heat every 3 months. Do not overheat. Store in cool dry location.
